Genevieve Maiorana is the President and CEO of 5 Star Accounting & Business Solutions, LLC, based in Roseville, California. With over two decades of experience in accounting, tax strategy, and business advisory, she is renowned for her expertise in helping small to mid-sized businesses optimize financial performance, develop efficient systems, and navigate regulatory challenges. She specializes in tax preparation, financial management, internal controls, and strategic planning.

Genevieve founded 5 Star Accounting in 2010, and under her leadership, the firm has gained recognition for its innovative and client-focused approach, including being honored with the Woodard Top 50 Client Accounting Services Award in 2023 and 2024, Best of Citrus Heights and Best in Accounting/Tax by Expertise. She holds registration as a Certified Registered Tax Preparer (CRTP) and certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, emphasizing her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry practices.

Beyond her business, Genevieve actively supports the community by mentoring entrepreneurs, volunteering with nonprofits, and educating on various financial topics. Her achievements include securing substantial tax credits for clients and assisting in significant business transitions.
